Most of our appliances (like coffeemakers and dehydrators) are designed for US voltage (110-120V). Please check product specifications before ordering if you’re outside North America, as voltage converters may be required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s your cutoff time for same-day processing?
Orders placed by 2pm CST on weekdays are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, opened cleaning products, or used appliances. All sales are final on clearance items marked as such.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
