Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened food products (Canning & Freezing Mixes)
  • Used cleaning products (Cleaning Products category)
  • Personal care appliances (Appliances that have been unboxed)

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Package Securely: Once approved, repackage the item with original packaging and include all accessories.
  3. Ship Back: Send the package to our Kansas City address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item? Follow the same return process and include a note specifying:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly
