We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your kitchen essentials to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging with all tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food products (Canning & Freezing Mixes)
  • Used cleaning products (Cleaning Products category)
  • Personal care appliances that have been unboxed

Simple 3-Step Return Process

2. Package Securely

Once approved, repackage the item with:

  • All original packaging
  • Included accessories
  • Tags still attached

3. Ship Back

Send the package to our Kansas City address (provided in your return authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item? Follow the same return process and include a note specifying:

  • Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Incorrect Items
